Stacked was created to capture light and energy.
40”x 20”x 6”
Glazed Earthen ware clay fired cone
Cradled, 182 cylinders stacked in a saddle of a tree. As each cylinder is stacked different shades and movement of light can be seen. The surface of each cylinder is carved differently. The cylinders are glazed in a matt black, appearing organic, and weathered.
